Bill Blatt, National Director of Tobacco Programs for the American Lung Association

Bill is responsible for all of the Lung Association's health education programs, activities and messages related to tobacco prevention and cessation. His accomplishments include the creation and release of new editions of their flagship smoking cessation program Freedom From Smoking® and the new Freedom From Smoking® Plus.

Bill's professional interests also include smoke-free, multi-unit housing and improving health equity, particularly regarding tobacco use in low socioeconomic status, LGBTQ and behavioral health populations.

Anne DiGiulio, Manager of Lung Health Policy for the American Lung Association

Anne oversees the Lung Association's Tobacco Cessation Policy Project and manages two federal grants related to tobacco cessation coverage. She is the Lung Association's expert on tobacco cessation policy and health care issues, including Medicaid expansion and marketplace health care.
